Returns and Refunds Policy
At Harper Maddison, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every sweater you purchase. However, if something doesn't meet your expectations—for whatever reason—we offer a simple and transparent returns process.
Return deadline
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be in original condition, with tags attached
- Free from odors, stains or damage
We recommend trying the sweater on at home and keeping the original packaging until you decide to keep the product.
How to make a return

Please contact our customer service team at
support@harper-maddison.com, providing your order number and reason for return. - We will provide you with return instructions and the address to return your package.
- Pack the product securely and ship it via your chosen courier company.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email and process your refund within 10 business days .
Your refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for your purchase. Processing time may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like to order a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
The product is damaged or does not match the order
If you receive a damaged, defective, or non-compliant product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will promptly arrange an exchange or full refund—at no additional charge.
